Students can send an email to distance@ncat.edu with name, Banner ID Number, last four (4) digits of ss#, course to drop, semester of drop, daytime contact information, and a reason for dropping the course. 2. | NC Central University | To drop a course, the student must provide the request in writing. The request must include student’s name, student ID#, course name, CRN#, course section and reason for dropping the course. Email the request to disted@nccu.edu. or submit to the University College Department, Room 2051, School of Education building. THE LAST DAY TO DROP OR ADD A COURSE IS: Friday, August 24, 2007 at 4:00 PM. |

If the student wants to drop from 1 or more classes during drop/add but not from ALL of their classes they do it on line or they can contact the registrars office at 910-962-3125, fax number 910-962-3887. If they want to completely withdraw during drop/add they contact the registrars and do a cancellation of classes. If they want to completely withdraw after drop/add closes they must contact the Dean of Students at 910-962-3119, fax number 910-962-3887. If they want to withdraw from just one class after drop/add they must contact the Dean of Students. Basically anything BEFORE drop/add ends can be handled online or in the registrars office. Anything AFTER drop/add must be dealt with through the Dean of Students. |
